RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
We are very confident of our product, so will reprint / refund if there are any quality issues, fulfilling our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us on receipt of your canvas, should there be any concerns. However, our refunds policy does not cover orders where poor quality images have been supplied that do not meet our minimum requirements. Please ensure you have checked our image size/reproduction quality chart prior to ordering. We do not check all images supplied and do not take any responsibility if you are not happy with your purchase in terms of wrapped or border options chosen for canvases. We assume that if you are not sure if your image is suitable for a wrapped or a border option, that you will contact us, prior to ordering, as advised throughout our site. Please also be aware that because your product is unique and personalised, we are unable to resell and therefore unable to offer a refund if you have simply changed your mind.
- Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver within 10 - 14 working days.
- Delivery Method and Labelling: Your order will be delivered to your door via Fastways Courier.
